Our shipping policy

At The Vape Hub, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days, and customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been shipped. During peak periods or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always work to minimise delays and keep customers informed when necessary.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the method chosen at checkout. Once your order has left our facility, delivery is handled by the selected courier, and tracking information will be provided where available. Please ensure all address details are accurate at the time of purchase, as The Vape Hub cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

To protect your order during transit, we offer optional shipping insurance at checkout. This insurance covers lost, damaged, or incorrect items upon arrival and is the only method that allows us to provide refunds or replacements for shipping-related issues. Orders without insurance are shipped at the customer’s own risk, and The Vape Hub cannot offer compensation for courier mishandling, delays, or missing parcels in those cases.
