At The Vape Hub, we’re committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their orders. We take pride in the quality of our products and the care taken during packaging and delivery. If an issue arises with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right in line with our store policy.

Refunds or replacements can only be provided for orders that include shipping insurance at checkout. This insurance covers issues such as damaged, missing, or incorrect items upon arrival. To qualify, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their order and provide supporting evidence such as photos of the item and packaging.

Please note that due to the nature of disposable vape products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, taste preferences, or opened products once received. If you have any questions or concerns before ordering, our support team is always happy to help you choose the right product for your needs.
